99 Recruitment was started when the businesses Owner/Founder, Lisa Henrisson, discovered a gap in the market and decided to provide a service to clients that is intimate, tailored and truly personal. Lisa saw a need to focus on finding the 'right' candidate the first time and streamlining the recruitment process for employers after noticing time and time again employees placed into positions which were not lasting for more than a few weeks. Lisa is an experienced consultant who strives to provide businesses a more personal approach to finding staff that fit specific roles and the culture of their team and is skilled in sourcing opportunities in today's local employment market.
