It starts with the initial contact. We, begin the process of getting to know your business and your goals. We learn all about your company and who would be the right fit. If you're a prospective candidate, we request your resume and then seek out existing positions that are tailored to your unique skillset.

Position Description.

When a position by an employer needs to be filled, we go over the job role to make sure all the required details are documented. We are always looking for a balanced job description and a salary that is realistic and within the award range.

Writing up an advertisement.

Expertly written job adverts are designed then posted and the search for the perfect candidate commences!

Interviews.

Candidates who meet the job criteria are contacted and a phone interview with one of our team is undertaken. If  they are successful with the phone interview, a copy of the brief is emailed to the candidate. Interviews are then conducted.

During the interview, we obtain proof of qualifications and identity. To ensure consistency and fairness, all candidates are interviewed in the same manner.

Shortlisting.

We take the time to thank unsuccessful candidates for their time and effort, and endeavour to update candidates whose application is progressing to the next stage. If testing is required, we can coordinate this on the clients behalf. In most cases testing is carried out online.

We then forward the resume to the employer with their permission and coordinate client and candidate interviews at a time that is suitable.

After the interviews.

Candidates are encouraged to have a quick phone call with us after the interview so we can debrief them and gauge how they think it went. The debrief report is then sent to the clients.

​

If a client wishes to offer a candidate the role, we then encourage them to contact their referees. We can carry out reference checks personally if required.

​

Success!

If all the boxes are ticked, both 99 Recruitment, the candidate and most importantly the employer are happy we inform the candidates of their success, plus assist the client to carry out any negotiations.
